CLASSES & RETREATS

We have classes and challenges throughout the year in Piecemakers, some ongoing through the year.

2008-2009 Piecemakers Individual Block of the Month
Pick a project that you can divide up into 12 parts. Commit to completing one part or block every month. Join us at our monthly Quilt Guild meeting for show and tell with your finished part or block, and have your name put in the hat for a prize. For those who complete their individual project by our first meeting in September 2009 will have their name put in the hat again. We hope to display all the finished quilts at the 2010 Forks Fabrics of the Forest Quilt Show.

2008-2009 Piecemakers Color Challenqe
Using only the colors in the 4 inch Color Block Challenge square, make a quilt of any size - wall to king. The quilt can be from a pattern or an original design. You must keep the 4 inch Color Block Challenge square and attach it to your finished quilt. This challenge may also be combined with the Individual Block of the Month activity. We hope to display all the completed quilts at the 2009 Fabrics of the Forest Quilt Show.
